Product Descriptions and Pricing
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and we reserve the right to change or withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.
All the products on the website are priced in Euro. When you pay this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card (along with shipping costs, as displayed). When you purchase products with debit or credit cards based on another currency, the exchange rates will be set by the card issuer. Please note that these rates fluctuate on a daily basis. For further information, the cardholder should contact the card issuer, as exchange rates are not calculated by Cosmetics Ireland Ltd. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland with An Post.
Ordering Goods
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been despatched we will also advise you of this by email. If we have any queries on your order, we will contact you via the phone number or email address that you provided when placing your order.
All products are subject to availability. The inclusion of a product on the website is an invitation for you to purchase, and not an offer to sell that product to you. An offer is made when you place the order.
If any items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or if the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or phone number you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our message, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. If you would like to cancel your order, please see below.
To Cancel Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to process orders immediately, so we may not be able prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been despatched it cannot be cancelled, however you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the purchase price for that item if it has not been despatched, together with the item’s shipping charge if applicable.
Returns
We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for any broken or faulty items returned within 21 days of receipt. If you have not notified us within this timeframe of an issue with your product, we will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.
If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit, we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 21 days of receiving.
Please be aware that we must receive returns within 21 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of any returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. The number of days it will take for you to receive the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policy.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately via our Contact Form.
Sales to Minors
We sell items only to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Allergies
All the products advertised on this website may contain one or more ingredients that some people may be allergic to. If you have an allergy or are shopping for someone with an allergy, please do your own careful research in relation to allergy-related claims on the product and please satisfy yourself that the products are suitable for you before using.
